A Self Portrait...

Twice

Granted this one wasn't as fulminating as previous but it was criticism and rebuke.
And a coincidence, and that's unusual.
First time I read a similar attack was after a trip and what is perhaps best described as a less than happy meeting.
Similarly this new one  followed a trip that whilst possibly successful ended in what sounded like great disappointment.
Hmm.
Tired are we, a little stressed maybe?
Everything doesn't always go as we would wish and believe me I know what that feels like but heat may suggest exhaustion rather than dislike.
Relax. Its not the last trip and its not like they're going anywhere.
I like to be helpful

For Friday, Today and Tomorrow

Probably my favourite piece from the bible and yes, it has to be the King James version.

Some maybe most say that 'love' works better in the piece than 'charity' I don't know if it does charity is specific it is the giving of something good because you could, because you knew or felt it would help, changing it seems to me to be avoiding admitting there are times when we all need charity and its rarely cash.

This is just me wishing me and you a charitable loving Easter.

Do You Ever

Look at the walls and wonder if you can stand them another day

Do you ever look around you and not care if you never saw the whole soggy lot again

Do you ever wake with regret wishing you could hold the comfort of the dark closer

For longer, much longer.

Do you ever look back and know they were the good times

Do you ever wonder how you failed to notice the good times slipping away

Do you ever look at cats and dogs and think if not for you

The good times don't last

You don't see them go

You didn't even notice

They were the good times

All the worry, violence and insanity was better than this.

And you look at the cats and dogs and think if not for you

How much longer is too long

I Did it!

Well, alright I got a lift most of the way in but coming back was the hard bit and I did it! The bag was heavy, too heavy I think it would be unwise to do that walk with a loaded shopping bag too often or maybe ever again.

My hands are sore from the handles digging into my palms, my arms and shoulders ache from the weight and I still feel a little breathless but I did it.

I'm tired now, feeling a bit shaky I honestly don't think I will carry so much in one go again. Its not clever in fact its downright silly, and of course being me I still forgot stuff, but I did it I made it home and there were times on that road when I thought I might be found in a heap of cat and dog food.

Its my own fault. I made a decision, never a good idea, that I wouldn't go into town so often because every time I go I spend more than I intend and it depletes my getaway fund.

I may walk in and I may walk back but I will never again carry a heavy bag in either direction. Its asking for a heart attack.

But I did it!

America

The American flag is important to Americans, most Americans get quite upset when they see it being abused. Politicians, even presidents come and go but the flag stays forever, or so the vast majority of Americans hope and believe. The flag is Americans pride.

What's surprising is the left wing of America totally fail to understand. Its not in the interest of the establishment to understand and so the establishment girds its loins and sends the likes of Clinton, Cruz and Kasich to make excuses and brush aside continual deliberate insults and put the blame on previous governments for getting it all, and I mean everything, wrong which in the case of Hillary must be quite difficult after all she is previous government.

Its similar to the reaction of most Americans to the cancellation of the Trump rally in Chicago. Naturally the three establishment lackeys blame Trump. Of course it was his fault a seventy eight year old man sucker punched a twenty something and the poor, fragile twenty something fell over, did the usual 'me victim' routine and blamed the old man, then to the surprise of almost three hundred million Americans, not to mention the rest of the world, found most of the main stream media agreed with him. The latest version of the seven stone weakling did as many news rounds as he could squeeze into his fifteen minutes of fame, and he and the MSM completely forgot to mention the twenty something seven stone weakling had been prancing around, gesticulating , yelling and for all I know managing to strike members of the audience which is why the old man lost his temper.

Hillary, Ted and what's his name didn't hesitate to agree with the poor, weak twenty something victim. To no ones surprise almost all MSM and politicians conveniently forgot to mention either the seven stone weaklings provocation or his age, you know just in case someone should get the idea a twenty something who went looking for trouble shouldn't be surprised if he finds it and anyway should be able to shrug off any seventy eight year old.

Connected or not the rally Trump had planned for Chicago has now been cancelled and naturally Hillary Ted and the other one blame Trump. Well, its not like Chicago is one of the most violent cities in America, with a massive unemployment problem caused by its Democrat leaders who are also responsible for the strict no guns policy which has never and will never stop any thug from getting a gun illegally.

America is in a shit hole and the lies of establishment politicians are the reason, almost everything about it is politically correct except for the vast majority of the people they want their country back and that is why if Donald Trump survives the establishment he will win the next presidential election.

This is what Happens

When you can't trust anyone.

The central heating is fucked. I can never read the gas register, it involves a step and I hate ordering gas because it confirms I'm not going anywhere, I hoped the gas had run out, but no the tank is now full and the fucking awful little 'A' light is still flashing red.

This means I will have to call a central heating engineer but the one I know was recommended by Bernie the pervert who recommended the paedophile. The engineer also just happens to live near Bernie as does the paedophile for all I know they've got an entire paedophile ring up there.

Anyway I'm loath to throw good money after bad I want to sell this house and get away. Its true I could go tomorrow but that would leave two cats and three dogs at the mercy of people I wouldn't trust with a neutered rat.

I'm freezing cold. The washing is piling up and my mood is deteriorating by the minute.

A decision is required.

SIR GEORGE MARTIN 3/1/1926 – 8/3/2016

In 1962 an unknown pop group launched a record on an unsuspecting world. The record was Love Me Do the ‘pop group’ was the Beatles and in those days even the title ‘pop group’ was a new phenomena.
Love Me Do was produced by George Martin it wasn’t a huge hit it reached number 18 in the UK charts, but Love Me Do was the start of something extraordinary, something that changed the world. Look at the hair! Something that woke the youth of the world, and it was produced by George Martin.
From that first record through so many great, innovative triumphs George Martin was The Beatles producer, the older man in the background putting prodigious raw talent to work, and from that time whether he liked it or not he was always associated with and often called the fifth Beatle.
Eh, I was young back then, twelve years old, John Lennon was my hero, the other three Beatles were, of course, magical but John Lennon was the sun and the moon. George Martin? He was a distant figure of authority and experience. The admired figure of respect and affection he will always be to all fans of the Beatles and to all those who can still remember the earth shifting changes The Beatles heralded.
I don’t know if John, Paul, George and Ringo remained close to George Martin or if there was some massive bust up. As with the relationships among The Beatles themselves its not important
George Martin was more than John, Paul, George and Ringo. He was a respected producer long before he met them. He produced other kinds of music including classical.during and after them but such is the power and strength of the changes he helped to bring about, for me and many others he will always be remembered with them.
RIP Sir George Martin. Paul and Ringo must be lonely now but today all I remember is a twelve year old girl with heart shaped stars in her eyes.
Thankyou

Kidnapped by a Paedophile

Alicia Kozakiewicz

http://www.bbc.com/news/magazine-35730298

Alicia Kozakiewicz was 13 years old when she slipped out of her home in Pittsburgh to meet someone she had been chatting to online. What followed was a nightmare. Now 27, Alicia has made it her mission to protect other children from what she went through, and has had a law named after her in several US states. This is her story in her own words.

----

The horrifying truth please read it its important to know how easy it is for children and young people to be deceived.

One paragraph sticks in my mind:

"While I did what I could to survive no matter how humiliating or painful or disgusting I had no control over my fate. When I did fight him I ended up with a broken nose. And he'd already kidnapped a child, he'd already done unspeakable things to me, why would murder be something that he couldn't do?"
Alicia endured horrific abuse for four days and she knew in order to survive she would do whatever the paedophile wanted.

In that paragraph we can see the reality of child rape and also the beginning of a kind of brain washing. Not Stockholm syndrome but perhaps something related to it.

Victims of long term child sexual abuse who have not had the benefits of specialist counselling may still bear the need to obey the person they see as having power over them.and that is very important and should be taken into consideration by everyone and particularly by those in positions of authority who have to find the truth.

Bone Cold

Wind roars down the chimney through every gap in doors and window even double glazing offers no protection

Its cold, cold beyond hands and feet, cold pounding flesh and bone. So cold.

The rain is not childhood drops racing down glass its hammers and nails on windows

The relentless, blistering daylight is the colour of sludge.

And the rain won't stop,

And the wind has set up home in the chimney

All the baby leaves are under attack and not yet open daffodils struggle to stay upright in the storm tossed grass.

No tree is too high, no blade of grass too short

March winds and April showers where does it say you get both on the same miserable Friday afternoon?

When nothing you want is anywhere near and so much you hate is within walking distance.

All the little folk must huddle in groves and nests

Fragile wings would be at risk this day

Days start with hope who looks at a birth and says he's doomed?

Andrew (Pickard) Boeckman

Andrew Picard

This is Andrew Boeckman he was charged under his mothers name of Pickard with child abuse. He is eighteen he was seventeen when he was caught.  Andrews original hearing was in October 2015 at a magistrates court where it was deemed the charges were so serious the case had to be heard at Crown Court.
Andrew was a pupil at Eton and it was at Eton the police found the evidence against him on the computer he had there. He pleaded guilty to the charges and his barrister explained Andrew knew and accepted the gravity of the crime he had committed and was receiving counselling.
The judge was incredibly lenient Andrew was given a suspended sentence and was made subject to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order and fined £1200.
For some reason known only to the judiciary Andrew was allowed to use his mothers surname instead of his own I assume that was in an effort to keep his family out of the limelight and to allow him to get on with his life when the trial was over.
It almost worked the magistrates court was in October 2015 as far as I know his actual surname was not discovered until after the Crown Court trial in February 2016.
Here is a link to the Daily Telegraph which gives full details of the trial. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/crime/12173680/Eton-schoolboy-who-shared-appalling-child-abuse-images-from-dorm-computer-is-spared-prison.html
I think Andrew should have got a custodial sentence, been placed on the sex offenders register for a number of years and he should have received all counselling in prison in exactly the same way as the vast majority of sex offenders. We don’t know what if any investigation was carried out regarding his home life does he have siblings were they at risk and if they were are they safe now?
A young mans life may be wrecked and if he acted on his fantasies others may be hurting, what we know is children were being hurt and crying in the films he watched and offered to share.
Eton itself is not without a history of problems which could be described as sexual, in the sixties and seventies the ‘fag’ system where young boys are made to serve older pupils caused something of a scandal when  allegations of bullying and sexual abuse were made.
Now we have the antics of the prime minister predilection for pigs heads and his own and other ex Eton cabinet ministers membership of the notorious Bullingdon Club, which is apparently a club where debonair young men get blind drunk, throw up, and burn £50.00 notes in front of homeless people.
None of it says much for Eton, nor does the ex Eton headmaster who refused to report a teacher accused of child sexual abuse to police because he ‘didn’t think it was necessarily my business,’ to report the claims to the police. Here is a link to the case which was at Geelong Grammar School in Australia. where the ex head worked before Eton
Eton is a very proud, very old school but what bothers me about it is do we know what if any investigation did the police officers working on the Picard case make into the circumstances at Eton and what supervision of pupils online activity does Eton enforce in the school?
So many questions about this case and one of them is the suitability of Eton as a school.
